BHARATHEEYA GANATHON - 23-07-2016

Music has been an inseparable part of Indian Culture and the students of D.A.V. are being given sound training in classical and folk music. As a prefair activity HSSF has contected  "BHARATHEEYA GANATHOIN" in which 10000 students from various schools and colleges assembled.The nightingales of D.A.V. participated in large numbers to render their, vocal melodies in the 'Ganathon' conducted by IMCT. The rendition was based on a list of selected themes as Ganga Vandanam, Bhumi Vandanam, Gaja Vandanam, Naga Vandanam, Tulasi Vandanam, Matru Pitru Vandanam in all the regional languages.Nearly 1000 students took part in this great event and it was greatly appreciated by all.
